    A Showstopper!

    I am a caterer, and I just served this Mousse as a first-course to 32 guests (4 tables of 8 people). I made a salad of fennel with diced apple. Made 32 garlic and herb croutons. Then spread a nice slab of Mousse on the crouton, and set it on top of the salad. Plus a little fresh arugula on the side. Guests raved! Now here is the best part - I bought two 16 oz containers, so I had 1 oz per person, a generous serving. For under $100, I served a showstopping first course. This works for 4 guests or 40, or whatever number you are serving. Plan on one ounce per guest. Then enjoy the compliments.

    Simply the best

    This is one of the best mousse of Foie Gras I ever had. The flavor is wonderful, texture smooth. and it melts in your mouth! The price is fair, and I've been purchasing this for many years now . It simply is the best (oh, did I already say that?)
